    Authentication & testing

    Every watch goes through our New York in-house service center. We test the movement, check the case and bracelet, and verify authenticity before it ships.

02 — Warranty

18-month warranty on the watch mechanism.

Most retailers offer 12 months. We back every watch we sell with 18 months of mechanism coverage. If anything goes wrong with the movement, send it back to our service center and we’ll handle it.

  • Covered: movement service, regulation, and mechanical fault.
  • Not covered: water damage, drops, modifications by third parties.
  • Returns: ship to our New York service center, prepaid label on request.
