These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through CJ William (“we”, “us”, “our”) from the wholesale catalogue at cjwilliam.com/wholesale and in person at our Surfside, FL showroom. CJ William does not operate an automated online checkout: purchases are arranged directly with our team by phone, WhatsApp, or in person, and are confirmed once full payment has been received. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — pre-owned luxury watches, designer bags, and fine jewellery — all sales are final once payment has been received and the sale confirmed. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in writing at the time of sale.

2. Cancellations

A cancellation request is accepted only before the item has been shipped. Once a shipment has been dispatched — and tracking details have been provided — no cancellation, refund, or recall of the shipment will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Shipping Liability & Lost Packages

All domestic orders ship via FedEx Priority Overnight and are fully insured for the purchase value. Once a package has been handed to FedEx and tracking is active:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to receive and sign for the package.
  • If a package is marked Delivered but not received, the buyer must contact FedEx directly to open a trace or claim.
  • If a package is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will assist in filing an insurance claim. Refunds are issued only after the insurance claim is approved and paid by the insurer. We do not issue refunds in advance of claim resolution.

4. Condition & Authentication

All items are inspected and authenticated in-house prior to listing. Condition grades and descriptions are provided in good faith. Minor variations between photographs and physical items — attributable to lighting or display settings — do not constitute grounds for a return or dispute.

If you believe an item was materially misrepresented, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.

5. Payment & Pricing

Purchases are arranged directly with our team rather than through an online checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wire Transfer, Zelle, Venmo, and USDC. All prices are in USD. Full payment must be received and verified before an item is shipped or released. We reserve the right to cancel any sale where payment cannot be verified.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from a purchase, the parties agree to the following process:

  • Chargeback notice. If you intend to initiate a chargeback with your card issuer, you must notify us in writing at least 5 business days before filing. Chargebacks filed without prior notice waive any goodwill resolution we may have offered.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

7. Warranty

All watches sold by CJ William include an 18-month warranty on the movement mechanism. This warranty covers mechanical defects and does not cover cosmetic wear, damage caused by water, impact, or improper use, or battery replacement on quartz movements. Warranty service is performed at our in-house service centre in New York.

8. Wholesale Buyers

The wholesale catalogue is available exclusively to registered trade buyers. Wholesale pricing is provided on the basis that buyers have verified trade status. Resale to end consumers is the buyer’s sole responsibility; CJ William assumes no liability for downstream transactions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
